For setting up a business in Qatar the first step is to get the name approval of your business or company.
In step two, you have to decide the business activities of the company or business that you are establishing in Qatar. This is important as some of these activities are reserved for citizens of Qatar.
LLC Agreement is the 3rd step to your company formation in Qatar. After the approval of company or business name in Qatar we have to complete your LLC Agreement for your Business in Qatar.
In step 4 the finalized LLC agreement for company formation in Qatar has to be signed in the Ministry of Justice in Qatar.
After the LLC Agreement is signed for your company in Qatar we have to apply for Trade licence in step 5. Trade licence in Qatar is given based on the activities mentioned in LLC Agreement.
In order to process Municipality License you must finalise your office space. While acquiring office space, please make sure that the building is approved by the Civil Defence department.
After completing the above steps, we process the municipality licence. The municipal authority will conduct an inspection.
After approval of the Municipal Licence we undertake the Computer Card and Labour Registration. Please note that in order to add foreign partner signature in the Computer Card he/she must be under the same sponsorship of the newly opened company.
Once computer Card & Labour Registration are acquired, we can apply for Visa quota for the company.
A resolution must be mandatorily signed by all the partners which clearly mentions the operating method and the name of signing authority(s).Such a resolution is attested by the competent chamber of commerce.
